Once we have final approval for your product our account executive (A/E) will provide the quotation in within a few days. Production lead time averages 60 days but may vary dependent on the order size, special moulding or plate requirements. Your A/E will advise the Critical Path for your production. Upon receipt of your order, your A/E will provide a detailed Order Confirmation and follow up with you for the details of sewn-in labels, hangtag packaging artwork, testing requirements, production sampling and shipping instructions according to your needs.
Our product is designed and manufactured to conform to the full standards of ASTM and EN71 part 1 to3 for Toy Safety. The age grading will depend upon the design and characteristics of the products. It is important that you supply us with a detailed specification of the Product Safety Testing Protocol that you require before we commence the design process. Testing charges for Product Compliance are NOT included in our unit quotes. We quote all testing costs for your product separately at cost as quoted by the Testing Laboratory. You may designate your preferred laboratory or take advantage of discounted testing rates at our preferred laboratories. Testing samples, within a reasonable quantity, are provided free of charge.
We have an extensive QA program throughout the production. Our highly experienced teams of IQC, QC and Line QC monitor the quality of your products from raw material to finished product. At your option, as with many of our clients, you may choose to arrange independent inspection of the goods prior to shipment.
Our team of very experienced shipping staff handle the vessel booking, trucking and customs documentation. Preliminary shipping advice and final shipping notice will be notified by our shipping department so that you can keep track of your shipments.
Payment terms are negotiable and should be confirmed with your account executive before you place your order. Your A/E is responsible to issue invoices on time and in accordance with your terms of payment. Our Finance Department will keep you updated as to the status of your account. Our Banking is carried out in the Netherlands and unless directed otherwise all payments should be made to the Account of Animal Magic BV at :

Product Enquiry

Please send your product development enquiry by email or courier to our Hong Kong office or factory with detailed artwork and full specifications including size and colours, target pricing (if any) and the packaging requirement or other needs. An account executive will immediately process your enquiry, translating your specifications from English into Chinese and will closely monitor the sample development.
